What do we review?
We review the relevant documents available for the property – typically the listing, financial statements, budget, minutes of general meetings, articles of association, maintenance plan, information on joint loans and planned works, as well as the property data report and other documents from the estate agent.

Price and comparable sales
The screening shows the asking price, price per m² and manually selected comparable sales in Copenhagen – for example in the same building or street, where the material allows it. The information is for comparison purposes only and does not constitute a valuation of the property.
How we work
You send the property listing and the material from the estate agent for the Screening before bidding. Price negotiation with the seller's estate agent can then be added separately. Once the price has been agreed, the purchase agreement with an advisor approval condition follows. The Buyer Check at DKK 3,995 incl. VAT covers review of the transaction and the transaction documents as well as handling of the advisor approval condition, but not the price negotiation itself.
