Buyer Check – when the purchase agreement is ready

Have you received or signed the purchase agreement with an advisor approval condition? We review the transaction and the transaction documents, handle your advisor approval condition and send any objections to the estate agent before the deadline. The Buyer Check costs DKK 3,995 incl. VAT. Price negotiation is a separate, optional service and is not included.

What is included?

The Buyer Check is used when your bid has been accepted and the purchase agreement is ready with an advisor approval condition. It covers the key elements of the transaction:

  • Purchase agreement, terms and deadlines
  • Advisor's reservation
  • Relevant supporting documents
  • Overall risk assessment
  • Questions for the seller's estate agent
  • Relevant reservations
  • Approval letter
  • Follow-up on relevant responses

Here's how it works

You send the purchase agreement and the documents sent by the estate agent. We review the terms and deadlines of the agreement, compare the supporting documents with any matters we found during a screening, handle the advisor approval condition and send any objections to the estate agent before the deadline. Negotiating the purchase price is a separate service, which normally takes place before the purchase agreement.

Price

The Buyer Check costs DKK 3,995 incl. VAT. The price covers our review and assessment, but not the price negotiation itself with the seller's estate agent.

Already screened the apartment?

If you have already purchased Screening before bidding for the same apartment, the DKK 1,495 is deducted. You therefore only pay an extra DKK 2,500 for the Buyer Check. The standard price for the Buyer Check is DKK 3,995 incl. VAT.
