We do not promise access to off-market properties or guaranteed price reductions.

We search for suitable apartments, coordinate viewings and assess price and documents.

We negotiate and advise
We negotiate on your behalf and review the purchase agreement and relevant appendices.

You complete your purchase
We guide you until the purchase is completed. Conveyancing is handled by a separate party.
Transparent fee
DKK 4,995 initial fee
Total fee: 1% of the final purchase price, including VAT.
The total fee is 1% of the final purchase price. The initial fee of DKK 4,995 including VAT is deducted from this amount – it is never added on top.
The balance is payable only on a successfully completed purchase. No separate fees for included Before You Bid screening, Buyer Advisory or Price Negotiation. No additional 5% negotiation fee.
The initial consultation is free. There is no fixed, general fee cap.
Example for a purchase at DKK 5,000,000
- Total fee, 1% incl. VAT

- Initial fee incl. VAT (deducted)

- Balance on completed purchase incl. VAT
- DKK 45,005
The detailed agreement terms are awaiting final legal approval. The final agreement must set out the variable fee calculation, the maximum amount for the individual assignment, the right of withdrawal, termination and the treatment of the initial fee.
What is not included?
The following is not included unless separately agreed and legally permitted. You must arrange a separate party for the conveyancing where required.
